Our practice was started more than 70 years ago on Windsor Avenue in West Acton by Dr. Albright. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Thomas McQueen acquired the practice and moved it to our current location of 249 Central Street. We are often identified as “ the house with the tooth banner hanging out front ”. Our office has provided dental care to patients who reside in the neighborhood and in towns faraway. Many families have been with us for three generations!
Dr. Yuan Yao, a caring dentist with many years of clinical experience in private dental practice, took over this practice more than 15 years ago. She believes in providing quality dental care to fit each patient’s needs. Dr. Yao aims to achieve long-term success of patients’ dental health and to deliver care to the utmost of patients’ comfort. This philosophy, very similar to that of Drs. Mike and Tom McQueen, made a smooth transition and has led to a steady growth of our office. All staff members adhere to Dr. Yao’s belief and endeavor to facilitate the delivery of personalized, high-quality dental care. We strive to provide patients with comfortable care and to come up with the best solution and treatment for each patient’s dental needs. We utilize the most advanced proven technology to give you the winning smile you are looking for.
Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, new patients are also welcome.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
